The hotel is secure and clean. The staff is polite and ready to help (picked me up at the airport, I always got quick responses to my messages with questions). Airconditioner worked ok. The restaurant at the hotel is 24 hours open, so you don't have to starve or walk Nairobi streets in search of dinner if you arrive at night. I liked the facility it is clean. Comfortable beds.Though a bit expensive
The services offered by the staff. The room phone has no direction on which numbers to dial if you need help. The room was inclusive of breakfast, but one bothered to check on the guest. On our checkout, we tried talking to the receptionist, but she was just on the phone and didn't bother to talk to us. So we just left. The staff need to improve on customer service
