They over charged me two meals and refused to reverse the credits and informed that I needed to eat and they would deduc

I liked the facility it is clean. Comfortable beds.Though a bit expensive

The services offered by the staff. The room phone has no direction on which numbers to dial if you need help. The room was inclusive of breakfast, but one bothered to check on the guest. On our checkout, we tried talking to the receptionist, but she was just on the phone and didn't bother to talk to us. So we just left. The staff need to improve on customer service

Free breakfast wasn't enough for everyone, only one boiled egg per person and fruit wasn't fresh at all. The noise made by the guards while openning the garage door during night didn't allow me to sleep. Didn't enjoy to be bited by mosquitos and only one free bottled water in the room is never enough. The pillows and the sheet seemed to be more old then my grandma. The place itself is quite old but you got what you pay for... So, what is cheap is not always good...

Muito má e assustadora.

Nada me agradou. As fotografias do hotel não correspondem à realidade, a qualidade é muito má, completamente diferente das fotografias colocadas no site. O pequeno almoço é muito mal, sem opções, e o que é oferecido è de muita má qualidade. A localização é também péssima, além de ser num local perigoso da cidade de Nairobi, a partir das cinco da manhã é impossível dormir.

Если ночью не планируется спать это место может подойти. Всю ночь кусали москиты, москитная сетка оказалась пыльной, только развернул сразу начал чихать, свернул обратно, закрыть окно не вариант нет кондиционера, в 5 утра на всю округу забрали баптисты, а через час присоединился догой шум с улицы. При заселении обнаружил работающую сигнализацию в коридоре, попросил персонал отключить, но этого конечно не сделали, всю ночь свистела.

The hotel is secure and clean. The staff is polite and ready to help (picked me up at the airport, I always got quick responses to my messages with questions). Airconditioner worked ok. The restaurant at the hotel is 24 hours open, so you don't have to starve or walk Nairobi streets in search of dinner if you arrive at night. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Met us at the airport as advertised for a small additional fee. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of choices, but what they had was fine. Location is great, close to many things, even a supermarket next door. Prices in restaurant very fair. Internet worked fine. Security very good.
